Steven A. Wagner

Steven has been practicing law since receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. Prior to becoming an attorney he received a Bachelor's degree in Music from SUNY @ Cortland and a Master's degree in Education from Syracuse University. Steven maintains a general civil litigation law practice and concentrates in the area of Community Associations, Real Property, Probate and Trust law. Steven resides and works in Deerfield Beach, is a member of the Broward Attorney's Real Estate Council, a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, has been the president of his Home Owner's Association for many years and has been a member of Rotary International in the past.

In addition to his legal practice Steven has also served as a special magistrate for the Broward County Value Adjustment Board for five years where he presided over hearings and rendered decisions regarding the denial of exemptions by the Property Appraiser's office.
